Gould's Produce is a family-run, fresh fruit and vegetable farm. Owned and operated by Carl and Ann Gould, along with their two oldest sons, Chuck and Russell, and now their grandson Jamie. The farm was previously owned by Luther and Arlene Dorshimer, Ann's parents.
The first fruits and vegetables were set out for sale in the front yard of the Dorshimer family home on Route 209. When Carl and Ann became involved the road-side stand was moved to the Serfass farm, the location of Keystone Auto today. In 1988,with the help of their two sons, the Gould's moved the business to its present location on Frable Road.
The addition to our market is complete on the outside. Come check out the market, for 2010 we have made a few changes to the inside. Tell us what you think, what else we could do, or even idea's about our lay-out. It still continues to be a work in progress. Hope to see you soon! Our second year for CSA's is almost complete. We look forward to adding more clients next year. The 2012 applications are ready, either call or stop in to the market to pick one up. We would love you to try our CSA.
